[*] COLLINS: Democrats and Republicans are divided on how the stimulus bill should be constructed. Of course, that means changes as the bill makes its way now through the Senate.So we are bringing you both sides of the story today. We'll be joined by Tennessee Republican Lamar Alexander in just a moment. But, first, we want to begin in Washington with North Dakota's Democrat senator Kent Conrad.
