Article: COUNCIL REFERS INTERIM PUBLIC ART PROGRAM RESOLUTION TO ARTS COMMISSION

The city of Raleigh issued the following news release:

The Raleigh City Council decided today to refer to the City's Arts Commission a resolution establishing an interim percent-for-art program. The Arts Commission will review the proposal and provide comments to the full council.
