Canterbury Park Holding Corp. (CPHC), Shakopee, Minn., has filed a Form 4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission noting the change in the beneficial interest held by VP for Facilities Mark A. Erickson, Shakopee. On Jan. 14 the action involved acquisition of 14,000 shares of stock and disposition of 2,738 shares of stock. Erickson now owns 31,655 shares of stock directly.
