WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 - Rep. Mary Fallin, R-Okla., raised $1,128,859 toward her election campaign last year and spent $1,070,046, OpenSecrets.org reported. Fallin has $163,799 cash on hand and no debt based on her last Federal Election Commission report (Nov. 24).

The Center for Responsive Politics reported that Fallin's top contributors were:
