WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 - Rep. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., raised $2,310,448 toward his election campaign last year and spent $1,109,760, OpenSecrets.org reported. Van Hollen has $2,681,625 cash on hand and $2,209 in debt based on his last Federal Election Commission report (Nov. 24).
