WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 - Rep. Gus Bilirakis, R-Fla., raised $1,476,131 toward his election campaign last year and spent $1,530,913, OpenSecrets.org reported. Bilirakis has $27,609 cash on hand and $36,089 debt based on his last Federal Election Commission report (Nov. 24).

The Center for Responsive Politics reported that Bilirakis' top contributors were:
