GENEVA, Feb. 7 -- Peter Prenninger, Peter Franz Rogl and Andriy Grytsiv, all from Austria, have developed a thermoelectric generator for converting thermal energy.
The patent has been assigned to Avl List Gmbh, Graz, Austria.
