Article: Rep. Scott Introduces All Healthy Children Act

WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- Rep. Robert C. 'Bobby' Scott, D-Virginia, has introduced the All Healthy Children Act of 2009 (H.R. 747), legislation that would "amend the Social Security Act to provide health insurance coverage for children and pregnant women throughout the U.S. by combining the children and pregnant woman health coverage under Medicaid and SCHIP into a new All Healthy Children Program."
