WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued the following press release:

Alaska Sausage Company, Inc., an Anchorage, Alaska, firm, is recalling approximately 872 pounds of sausage products that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
