Aftermarket survey finds cause for optimism

A survey conducted by the St. Louisbased Electrical Apparatus Service Association reveals several positive trends over the past few years and highlights variables managers can control to produce better financial results.

The survey, prepared by management services committee chairman Steve Rossiter of CW. Silver Industrial Services of Salt Lake City, suggests that "deteriorating business conditions may require quick management response such as hiring freeze or tightening of credit policies."
