WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Illinois, has introduced a bill (S. 387) to "designate the U.S. courthouse located at 211 South Court Street, Rockford, Illinois, as the 'Stanley J. Roszkowski U.S. Courthouse'."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 5. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
