The Killeen Chair Lecture Series at St. Norbert College will present Kenneth Foote and "Shadowed Ground, Sacred Place: Reflections on Violence, Tragedy, Memorials and Public Commemorative Rituals" on Thursday, Feb. 19, at 7:00 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theater of the F.K. Bemis International Center at St. Norbert College.
