Article: Rep. Hodes Introduces Resolution Concerning New Hampshire State Senate

WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 -- Rep. Paul Hodes, D-New Hampshire, has introduced a resolution (H.Res. 159) "honoring the New Hampshire State Senate for becoming the 1st statewide legislative body with a majority of women in the U.S."

The resolution, introduced on Feb. 11, was co-sponsored by Rep. Carol Shea-Porter, D-New Hampshire. It was referred to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
