Article: Plum Coulee grain dealer has licence revoked

THE Canadian Grain Commission has revoked its licence with a Plum Coulee grain dealer, the second company to meet such a fate this month.

West-Can Agra Ltd. operates out of a former UGG elevator in Plum Coulee and people familiar with the company said it has only been a licensed grain dealer for a couple of years.

Company officials did not return phone calls.

A spokeswoman for Keystone Agricultural Producers said it had already received reports from producers who have not been paid for grain delivered to West-Can.
