WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- Rep. John Campbell, R-Calif., raised $1,007,800 toward his election campaign last year and spent $676,452, OpenSecrets.org reported. Campbell has $269,444 cash on hand and $4,072 in debt based on his latest Federal Election Commission report (Dec. 31).

The Center for Responsive Politics reported that Campbell's top contributors were:
