WASHINGTON, Feb. 21 -- Rep. Ed Royce, R-Calif., raised $1,644,376 toward his election campaign last year and spent $1,172,942, OpenSecrets.org reported. Royce has $2,198,888 cash on hand and no debts based on his latest Federal Election Commission report (Dec. 31).

The Center for Responsive Politics reported that Royce's top contributors were:
