Dale Miller, certified master chef (CMC), world global master chef (WGMC), American Academy of Chefs (AAC), of Clifton Park, N.Y., received the American Culinary Federation, Inc., (ACF) Northeast Region Chef Professionalism Award at the 2009 ACF Northeast Regional Conference held at the Westin Boston Waterfront, Boston, February 7-9.
