ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- Horng-Kuang Fan, Hsinchu Hsiang, Taiwan, has developed a probe card with a circuit board. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,477,061 on Jan. 13.
The patent has been assigned to MJC Probe Inc., Hsinchu Hsiang.
