Article: Rep. Shadegg Introduces Bill to Amend Consumer Product Safety Act

WASHINGTON, Feb. 21 -- Rep. John Shadegg, R-Arizona, has introduced a bill (H.R. 968) to "amend the Consumer Product Safety Act to provide regulatory relief to small and family-owned businesses."

The bill, introduced on Feb. 10, was co-sponsored by Rep. Roscoe Bartlett, R-Maryland. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
