Article: Rep. Dicks Introduces Hoh Indian Tribe Safe Homelands Act

WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Rep. Norm Dicks, D-Washington, has introduced the Hoh Indian Tribe Safe Homelands Act (H.R. 1061), legislation that would "transfer certain land to the U.S. to be held in trust for the Hoh Indian Tribe, to place land into trust for the Hoh Indian Tribe."

The bill was introduced on Feb. 13. It was referred to the House Natural Resources Committee.
