The American Culinary Federation issued the following news release:
Timothy Bucci, certified executive chef (CEC), certified culinary educator (CCE), of Oak Forest, Ill., received the 2009 American Culinary Federation, Inc. (ACF) Central Region Chef Educator of the Year Award at the 2009 ACF Central Regional Conference held at Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center, Schaumburg, Ill., February 21-23.
