ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 25 -- Yu-Tung Huang of Taipei, Taiwan, Chi-Yun Chen of Taoyuan County, Taiwan , Shih-Cheng Chiu of Beidou Town, Taiwan, Ken-Huang Lin of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and Kuan-Yu Lin of Niaosong Shiang, Taiwan, have developed a surface acoustic wave device with electro-static discharge protection system. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,477,000 on Jan. 13.
The patent has been assigned to Tai-Saw Technology Co. Ltd., Taoyuan, Taiwan.
