ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 26 -- Fumio Kubono and Kei Tateno, both of Tokyo, and Masahiro Sueyoshi of Kanagawa, Japan, have developed a data-processing apparatus with an integrated circuit. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,478,435 on Jan. 13.
The patent has been assigned to Sony Corp., Tokyo.
