ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 27 -- Makoto Odani of Shizuoka-ken, Japan, has developed a toner cartridge for image forming apparatus. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,477,853 on Jan. 13.

The patent has been assigned to Kabushiki Kaisha Toshiba, Tokyo, and Toshiba Tec Kabushiki Kaisha, Tokyo.
