Major General Robert Dickman, United States Air Force (retired), the Executive Director of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), testified today before the House Committee on Science and Technology on the "Impacts of U.S. Export Control Policies on Science and Technology Activities and Competitiveness."
