DES MOINES, Iowa, Feb. 4 -- The Iowa District Court Fifth Judicial District issued the following order:

IN RE: ACTING CLERK OF THE DISTRICT COURT FOR RINGGOLD COUNTY

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2009-10

WHEREAS due to the resignation of Cindy Johnson, Clerk of the District Court for Ringgold County, it is necessary to appoint an interim Clerk of the District Court for Ringgold County, Fifth Judicial District, for a temporary period of time until a permanent Clerk of the District Court for Ringgold County can be appointed by the 5B District Court Judges.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Marsha Parsons, Clerk of the District Court for Union County, is appointed interim Clerk of the District Court ...
