Article: 'ERASING BORDERS' EXHIBITION OPENS MARCH IN DOWD GALLERY

CORTLAND, N.Y., Feb. 27 -- SUNY Cortland issued the following news release:

An exhibition of contemporary Indian art of the Diaspora, implying concepts of change and adaptation, formally opens on Sunday, March 1, in the Dowd Gallery at SUNY Cortland.

The "Erasing Borders" opening begins at 2 p.m. and will remain open for an indefinite portion of the afternoon. The event is free and open to the public.

The show runs through Saturday, April 25. Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and by appointment. Group tours are also available. The gallery is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
