Last year, regional homebuilders watched new home construction drop by double-digit percentages throughout much of the region and by more than 40 percent in York County.
So whether they are paying down interest rates, pitching in toward closing costs or adding extras to the federal stimulus package, the recession has regional homebuilders rolling out incentives to move houses.
