In the wake of a troubled year, the regulator may have much work to do to rebuild confidence among SCPHNs, but Unite/CPHVA appears to be optimistic

The past 12 months have seen many areas of disagreement between the NMC and Unite/CPHVA over how effectively it regulates public health nursing. Indeed, the NMCs response when the journal approached them with questions for this news feature was initially very defensive. However, Unite/CPHVA officers appeared to be positive about developments at the NMC and opportunities for the future.
