ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- Shridhar Gopalan of Westminster, Md., and Gregory Russell of Catonsville, Md., have developed a fluidic oscillator for colder temperature usage. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,472,848 on Jan. 6.
