GENEVA, March 5 -- Holger Neuhaus, Detlef Sontag, Marco Prondzinski, Peter Handschack and Peter Eberlein - all from Germany, have developed a method for classifying a solar cell and a temperature measuring device.
The patent has been assigned to Deutsche Cell GmbH, Freiberg/Sachsen, Germany.
