WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Rep. Rick Boucher, D-Va. (9th CD), issued the following news release:

U.S. Representative Rick Boucher announced today that the U.S. House of Representatives, at his request, has approved two federal appropriations totaling $344,000 for the Patrick County Education Foundation (PCEF) to support the Foundation's College Access and Workforce Training programs. Senate approval of the bill is anticipated in the near future, and signature of the bill by the President is expected to follow.
