Texas Lutheran University issued the following news release:
Texas Lutheran University (http://www.tlu.edu) has announced an innovative college scholarship program, TLU CHOICE, that gives students the opportunity of a private, liberal arts education for the same cost as attending Texas A&M University or The University of Texas. This announcement comes in response to increasing concerns that the college tuition cost of a private university is out of reach for most students.
