Article: American Culinary Federation Chefs Named to Orlando Sentinel's Central Florida Culinary Hall of Fame for 2009

The American Culinary Federation issued the following news release:

American Culinary Federation (ACF) chefs Louis Perrotte, certified executive chef (CEC), American Academy of Chefs (AAC), former chef/owner, now partner, of Le Coq Au Vin in Orlando, Fla., and Russell Scott III, certified master chef (CMC), executive chef at Isleworth Golf & Country Club, Windemere, Fla., were named to Orlando Sentinel's second annual Culinary Hall of Fame. The list honors ten culinary professionals that have made significant contributions to how Central Florida eats, drinks and dines. Both chefs are members of ACF Central Florida Chapter.
