Article: Federal Appeals Court To Hear Challenge To Kentucky Childcare Agency's 'Faith-Based' Bias

The American Civil Liberties Union issued the following news release:

Americans United for Separation of Church and State and the American Civil Liberties Union will urge a federal appeals court on Wednesday to uphold the right of taxpayers to challenge public funding of a Baptist childcare agency that proselytizes youngsters in its care and discriminates against gay employees who do not share its belief that homosexuality is sinful.
