PHILADELPHIA, March 3 -- Philadelphia Community College issued the following news release:
The Center for Law and Society at Community College of Philadelphia today presented the 2009 Judge Edward R. Becker Citizenship Award to Sister Mary Scullion, homeless advocate, co-founder, executive director and president of Project H.O.M.E., at an awards luncheon celebrating the College's 10th Annual Law and Society Week.
