ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 14 -- Adam Bloom and Karen Hamling, both of Willesden Green, Great Britain, have developed a syringe with a locking member. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,476,218 on Jan. 13.
The patent has been assigned to Intra-Tech Healthcare Ltd., London.
