WASHINGTON, March 11 -- The office of Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., issued the following news release:
Last night, the U.S. Senate passed the omnibus appropriations bill, funding the federal government in key areas and bringing funding for critical and necessary projects back to the state of New Jersey. Among the funding in the bill, Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ) was able to help deliver more than $257 million to the Garden State for projects that will help create jobs, improve health care, bolster education, combat flooding, protect the Jersey Shore and support law enforcement.
