MOREHEAD, Ky., Oct. 15 -- Morehead State University issued the following news release:

Donnie Tyndall, the 2007-08 Ohio Valley Conference Coach of the Year, will send his 2008-09 Morehead State Eagles through their first official workouts of the season on Friday (Oct. 17).

MSU returns its three front-line starters, forwards Leon Buchanan and Maze Stallworth and center Kenneth Faried. The biggest task facing Tyndall and his staff is replacing last year's back-court starters, point guard Nikola Stojakovic and wing guard Jamyron Steward, both of whom ended their collegiate eligibility and earned their bachelor's degrees in the spring.
