LAS CRUCES, N.M., Sept. 23 -- New Mexico State University issued the following news release:

The New Mexico State swimming and diving team is preparing for the 2008-09 season with the Crimson and White meet, Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 4:00 p.m. at the NMSU pool. The Aggies have 18 returnees from last season and added eight newcomers to the squad.

Junior captain Victoria Eickerman and senior captain Maddison Bowles are leading the Crimson and White teams, respectively, in the 12-event meet.
