ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 27 -- Stehane Muteau and Philippe Fahrner, both of Molsheim, France, have developed an overmoulding of an article channel. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,479,246 on Jan. 20.
The patent has been assigned to Zephyros Inc., Romeo, Mich.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "In the overmoulding of an article channels are provided in the surface of the article to guide the flow of the overmoulding material, in addition holes may be provided across the article to enable flow of the overmoulding ...
