Congresswoman Mary Bono Mack (CA-45) today announced that on Mon., May 4, the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade and Consumer Protection will hold a hearing on her Informed P2P User Act, which is aimed to prevent inadvertent sharing of private information when using popular peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing software.
