GENEVA, June 30 -- David M.Parker, Weidong Cai, Daniel W. Garan and Arthur J. Harris, all from the U.S., have developed a secondary fuel delivery system for delivering a secondary stream of fuel.
The patent has been assigned to Siemens Energy Inc., Orlando, Fla.
