ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 1 -- Shigeru Sakamoto, Yoshimasa Tsuchiya, Masanori Takakamo, Tohru Hosoda, Akio Yoshida, Michiei Nakamura, Naoyuki Sakai, Dai Watanabe, Hideyuki Koiso and Kenji Ogawa, all from Tokyo, have developed a water-based pigment dispersion method. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,553,365 on June 30.
