LOS ANGELES, Jan. 7 -- California State University Los Angeles issued the following press release:

Golden Eagles Set For Two Big Conference Home Games: Cal State L.A.'s men's basketball team, which split two games last week in California Collegiate Athletic Association play, will have two more tough contests this week in the Eagles Nest. Cal State L.A. will host Cal State Monterey Bay on Friday and San Francisco State on Saturday. Both games are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. starts. The Golden Eagles handed Cal State Dominguez Hills its first conference loss of the season last Wednesday in the Eagles Nest, but then dropped a disappointing road decision at UC San Diego on Friday.
