BROOKLYN, N.Y., June 11 -- The City University of New York's LaGuardia Community College issued the following news release:
The LaGuardia Community College Foundation honored three of its founding directors for their support of education during its 2009 Innovative Leadership Award Reception on June 2. To date, the reception raised over $107,000 in scholarship funds for LaGuardia students.
With the United Nations as its stage, the Foundation presented the Innovative Leadership Award to Peter L.
