Also on Monday, I toured the United States Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth and discussed with military leaders the potential relocation of terrorists from Guantanamo Bay detention facility to Kansas. What I observed during my visit only confirms my prior belief that Fort Leavenworth is the wrong place to house Guantanamo's detainees.
