ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 6 -- Jason W. Smith, Pawling, N.Y., has developed a flood barrier system. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,552,565 on June 30.
The patent has been assigned to Presray Corp., Pawling.
