ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 6 -- John J. Gatzemeyer of Hillsborough, N.J., and Thomas Mintel of Rahway, N.J., have developed a powered toothbrush with rotating sections. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,552,497 on June 30.
