LOS ANGELES, April 22 -- Sonoma State University issued the following press release:
The Sonoma State water polo team had three members selected to the All-Western Water Polo Association team, it was announced Wednesday afternoon by the league. This is the first time in program history that multiple Seawolves have been named All-WWPA in the same year.
Four-year standout Samantha Mullins earned First-Team honors for the first time as a Seawolf. The senior is second on the team with 47 goals, tied for first with 22 assists, and second in steals with 26. Her 160 career goals rank second all-time in SSU water polo history.
